By accessing or using CharterAlert (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
CharterAlert is an independent flight alert and information service. We aggregate publicly available empty leg flight listings from third-party charter operators and deliver summaries to registered subscribers via email.
CharterAlert is not a travel agency, charter broker, airline, or operator. We do not sell flights, accept payment for flights, or guarantee the availability of any listing. All bookings are made directly with the operator listed in the alert.
CharterAlert is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, private aviation company, or charter operator. Flight listings are sourced from publicly available information and may not reflect real-time availability.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, CharterAlert makes no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any flight information. Prices, routes, and availability are subject to change at any time by the operator. You should verify all details directly with the operator before booking.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using CharterAlert, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
By subscribing, you consent to receive email communications from CharterAlert including flight deal alerts, weekly briefings, and service updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your account may still be sent.
You agree not to:

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions of each third-party site you visit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharterAlert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CharterAlert and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service, at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 14 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant territory.
